About Woodman New Zealand

Woodman NZ has been operating for 4 years in the Auckland area dealing predominantly in NZ native timbers, both new and now up to 70% recycled. Most commonly used species are Rimu, Kauri, Matai and Totara. Traditional methods are employed in the construction of our furniture with oil finishes being standard practice.

One of Auckland's better known Sunday Markets gave us our humble beginnings with a simple range of chopping boards. We have now progressed into the leading NZ manufacturer of chopping boards, end grain chef boards and the traditional butchers block.

Our extensive product line now ranges from corporate gifts, to dining tables, buffets, bookcases and mirrors, as well as specialty items such as our traditional end grain butchers blocks and wood bending for curved breakfast bars and benchtops.
